Résumé : La déviation strabique a différentes composantes : spasme, contracture, contracture spasmodique étudiés par l'auteur en se référant aux mesures et variations. En établissant le protocole opératoire, il est bon de garder présent à l'esprit que le facteur innervationnel et le facteur contracture ont chacun leur propre chirurgie.

Summary : Strabismic deviation has different component parts : spasm, contracture, spasmodic contracture, studied by the author with regard to measures and variations. When establishing operative protocol it is proper to bear in mind the innervationnal factor and the contracture factor because each has its own surgery.
