Résumé : Le traitement de la perturbation motrice du strabisme fonctionnel est-il
réservé au chirurgien ou bien l'orthoptiste a-t-e1le aussi un rôle à jouer ? En
d'autres termes, le traitement de la perturbation motrice est-il en partie du moins, du
domaine de la rééducation fonctionnelle ?
Etant donné qu'une partie de la déviation motrice est réductible par la rééducation
fonctionnelle celle-ci doit être confiée aux orthoptistes et l'acte chirurgical en ce
qui concerne à la fois le moment et le protocole opératoire doit être intégré dans le
traitement de l'ensemble optico-sensorio-moteur

Summary : Is the treatment ot motor perturbation of the functional strabism either
reserved to the surgeon or the othoptist has his own part ? In other words is the
treatment of motor perturbation within the sphere of functional reducation partially at
least.
As a part of the motor deviation is reducible by functional reeducation, the orthoptist
has to be intrusted with this one and surgery concerning as well the time as the surgical
procedure has to join the treatment of the optico-sensorialmotor group
