Résumé : Nous présentons deux boites d'instruments destinées l'une au rééducateur, l'autre au patient. Le but recherché est de déneutraliser l'oeil faible du strabique. La déneutralisation est obtenue par la prise de conscience de la diplopie physiologique centrale et/ou périphérique. L'instrument principal est la Lunette Licorne. Elle permet grâce à sa tige médiane amovible associée aux verres et prismes interchangeables d'obtenir le résultat voulu chez l'orthoptiste et de le maintenir par l'exercice continu qu'est le port de la monture à domicile.

Summary : We are showing two boxes of instruments. One is for the reeducator (either eye surgeon or the orthoptist) and the other is for the patient himself. The aim of our treatment is to deneutralize the squinting eye. Deneutralization is obtained when the patient become aware of his central/or lateral physiological diplopia. Our main instrument is the "unicorn frame". This frame with its removable rod associated to interchangeable glasses and prisms may allow us to reach such a goal. The maintenance of this good result at the orthoptist's desk is obtained by the continuous wear of the frame at home, which is equal to a non stop treatment.
