JFO n° 11LES ACQUISITIONS ÉLÉCTRO-OCULOGRAPHIQUES RÉCENTES DANS LE STRABISME

Résumé : Les acquisitions électro-oculographiques récentes permettent une
analyse plus fine des ésotropies par syndrome de blocage - analyse de la dyssynergie dans
les versions - rapport entre la dynamique spatiale du blocage et l'opération du Fil -
dyssynergie et dominance motrice - parenté entre les syndromes blocages et les strabismes
accommodatifs - étude de la convergence qui montre l'importance des dérèglements de la
convergence tonique dans les strabismes.
Cette méthode, simple, est, malgré tous les raffinements limitée par les problèmes de
la propagation du potentiel E.O.G. autour de l'orbite.

Summary : The new acquisitions in kinetic electro-oculography allow a most fine
analysis of the blocking squints - analysis of the kinetic dyssynergy in the versions
relations between the spatial dynamic of the blocking squint and the Fadenoperation -
kinetic dyssynergy and driving dominance - relationship between the blocking states and
the accommodative squints - study of the convergence that show the importance of the tonic
convergence disorders in the squints.
That simple method is in spite of progress, limited by the problem of E.O.G. potential
propagation round the orbit.
