Résumé : Les inclusions post-traumatiques de fragments de verre dans l'orbite
sont souvent localisées au niveau de la poulie du Grand Oblique. Leur exérèse doit
être faite dans les plus courts délais.
L'examen tomographique et souvent tomodensitométrique permet la localisation précise.
L'abord du corps étranger doit ëtre fait par voie cutanée.
Le traitement chirurgical de la diplopie est discuté à propos de 4 observations.

Summary : Orbital post-traumatic inclusions of glass fragments are often situated
in the vicinity of the Superior Oblique. Their extraction should be achieved as soon as
possible.
Tomographic and very often computerised tomography (C.T.) scan examinations allow an
accurate localization.
A cutaneous approach of the foreign body is essential.
Surgical management of diplopia is discussed in 4 typical cases.
