Résumé : En appliquant le traitement orthoptique selon la méthode localisatrice outre les interventions chirurgicales, on peut obtenir la guérison totale fonctionnelle ou la guérison esthétique durable chez les adultes et chez les adolescents. La guérison avec le petit angle d'anomalie ne donne pas toujours d'effet durable.

Summary : In adults and the youth functional as well as permanent esthetic cure may be obtained by using orthoptic treatment according to localisation method alongside the surgery. The cure with small angle of anomaly is not always durable.
