LA DlPLOPIE DANS LES PARALYSIES DU IV. PROPOSITION D'UN SCHÉMA THÉRAPEUTIQUE

Résumé : A la lumière de 52 observations de paralysies d'origine traumatique ou vasculaire, un schéma thérapeutique précis est proposé. 11 comporte l'association d'une rééducation orthoptique précoce et intensive avec le port de prismes adaptés. Bien conduite, cette thérapeutique permet souvent d'éviter un geste chirurgical.

Summary : In the light of the 52 cases of paralysis of IV with either a traumatic or a vascular origin, a precise therapic scheme can be proposed. It involves the association of an early and intensive orthoptic reeducation together with the wearing of adequate prisms. It may be added that it this therapy is adequately conducted, in most cases, the patient won't have to undergo surgery.
