Résumé : Le fonctionnement du Petit Oblique varie dans certaines circonstances et
son comportement est souvent inattendu.
Ces comportements peuvent toutefois être en grande partie expliqués s'ils sont
rapportés au système oculomoteur dans son ensemble et à !a fonction binoculaire
globale. L'orthoptique doit être intégrée dans la thérapeutique.

Summary : The working of the Inferior Oblique changes in some circumstances and its
behaviour is often unexpected.
These behaviours can most often be elucidated if they are referred to the oculomotor
