Résumé : La presbytie par sa venue puis par correction modifie l'équilibre de près de l'adulte. Y a t-il des rapports entre l'inconfort visuel du presbyte et les mesures avant et après traitement orthoptique des paramètres suivants.: convergence proximale, convergence accommodative, amplitudes d'accommodation et de convergence, modalité de la correction optique de loin et de près ? La mise en langage informatique nous permettra de répondre objectivement sur l'efficacité de f'orthoptie dans l'adaptation du presbyte à sa nouvelle situation.

Summary : Presbyopia at its onset and later by its correction, modifies the near phoria of the adult. Is there any relation between the visual confort of the presbyopic patient and the measures taken before and after an orthoptic treatment aiming at the following parameters : proximal convergence, accommodative convergence, amplitude of accommodation and convergence, and amount of optical correction for far and near vision ? The use of a computerised language will show objectively it an orthoptic treatment is helping (or not) the presbyope to adapt himself to his new condition.
