Résumé : Rôle primordial de l'orthoptiste dans cette méthode active de rééducation : le choix des secteurs, leur place, leur modification, leur efficacité sont laissés à sa compétence ainsi que la durée du traitement jusqu'à I'étape chirurgicale si celle-ci est nécessaire et la possibilité de reprise du traitement après l'intervention. L'orthoptiste reste en contact constant avec son ophtalmologiste pour la surveillance de ce traitement afin d'en obtenir les meilleurs résultats.

Summary : Orthoptist'role very important in this active method of reeducation : sector's choice, their place, their modification, their efficiency are let to his competence as well as the duration of the treatment up to surgical stage if it's necessary and the possibility of taking back the treatment after the surgery. The orthoptist keep the contact constantly with his ophthalmologist for the supervision of the treatment in order to obtain the bests results.
