Résumé : Une étude critique du traitement chirurgical des paralysies du grand oblique est possible grâce au champ de fusion et au Lancaster informatisés. Ces deux techniques apportent des éléments objectifs dans l'analyse du traitement.

Summary : A critical analysis of the treatment of superior oblique palsies is possible with the aid of the computerised binocular fusion field test and the computerised Lancaster test. These two tests make the analyse more objectival.
