Résumé : Les auteurs proposent un système expert d'aide au diagnostic dans le bilan des paralysies oculomotrices conduisant à une informatisation du relevé de la coordination binoculaire selon le procédé de HESS-LANCASTER Ils exposent les bases, l'organisation et les limites d'un système expert et montrent que cet outil informatique représente un instrument didactique puissant et de maniement facile pouvant être mis au service de jeunes médecins en cours de spécialisation d'ophtalmologie et d'orthoptistes.

Summary : The authors are proposing a computer-based consultation system for the oculomotor palsies, leading to an informatical HESS-LANCASTER proceeding. They expose the basis, the organization and the limits of such an expert system and are showing that this computer is an intersting tool, didactic, strong and of easy use, well adapted to young doctors in ophthalmology specialization and to orthoptists.
