Résumé : Les auteurs décrivent un schéma thérapeutique précis pour les paralysies, du IV, du III et du VI. Il comporte l'association d'une rééducation orthoptique précoce et intensive avec le port de prismes adaptés.
Bien conduite cette thérapeutique permet souvent d'éviter un geste chirurgical.

Summary : The authors describe the optic and orthoptic treatment which is currently performed for paralysis.
It is a precise therapic scheme. It involves the association of an early and intensive orthoptic reeducation and the wearing of adequate prisms. It may be added that if this therapy is adequately conducted, in most cases, the patient won't have to undergo surgery
