Résumé : Les Auteurs rapportent les résultats obtenus dans la thérapie de l'amblyopie fonctionnelle strabique et anisométropique avec des méthodes proposées en littérature, sur un groupe de 73 patients ayant entre 2 et 5 ans. Les groupes traités avec lentille cornéenne opaque ont manifesté une récupération visuelle en un temps plus court. Vraisemblablement ce résultat est à attribuer à une meilleure condition occlusive que évite toute inexécution volontaire ou involontaire.

Summary : The Authors report the results obtained in the therapy of the squinteyed functional and anisometropic amblyopia with some proposed methods in literature in a group of 73 patients with age included between 2 and 5 years. The groups treated with opaque contact lens showed a visual recovery in a shorter time. This is likely to attribute to a best categorial condition of occlusion that avoids any voluntary or involuntary non-fulfilment.
