Résumé : L'état sensoriel postopératoire d'un strabisme étant inscrit dans l'état préopératoire, il est primordial de réaliser une évaluation sensorielle rigoureuse avant toute sanction chirurgicale. Le bilan sensoriel permet ainsi de prévenir le risque d'échec chirurgical.

Summary : Since the strabismus postoperative state is predictable in regard of the preoperative state. The realisation of an extensive sensorial evaluation before any surgery is essential. The sensorial result then allows the prevent of the risk of chirurgical failure.
