Résumé : L'auteur précise les conditions dans lesquelles on se doit
de penser aux lentilles de contact comme moyen de pénalisation.
Après un rappel des lentilles utilisées surtout en port prolongé, qu'il s'agisse de
lentilles souples ou perméables aux gaz, il insiste sur la nécessité d'une
collaboration étroite entre l'ophtalmologiste, l'orthoptiste et la famille de l'enfant.

Summary : The author makes clear the conditions in which we use
contacts lenses in order to handicap the functional eye with a view to fighting amblyopia
After recording all the lenses commonly used (especially for permanent wearing) with this
they are soft lenses or LRPG, we insist on the indispensable collaboration between the
ophtalmologist, the orthoptist and the children's family.
