Résumé : Un équipement prismatique est souvent évoqué dans la littérature pour aider les patients atteints d'hémianopsie latérale homonyme. Les résultats d'un tel équipement a été étudié sur un groupe de 6 patients. S'il existe un réel gain en matière de champ visuel, notre étude montre qu'une telle solution n'est guère tolérée à moyen ou long terme. La rééducation de tels patients serait à privilégier

Summary : Prisms are often proposed ta patients with homonymous hemianopia ta restore their visual function. We have studied the results of the equipment of 6 patients with such anomaly. There is an objective gain of visual field but prisms are not tolerated... Visual therapy should be favourised.
